The mayor of the City of Daytona Beach, Florida, Derrick L. Henry, confers a proclamation to The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) and The Sovereign of the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA, Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam in celebration of His 41st Chaturmasya, Hindu season for austere spiritual practices.
