I have seen people say, ‘I don't want to act as if I am very happy. I want to show myself happy only when I am really happy and I will show my love, excitement only when I really feel it. I don't want to fake it. You started faking sadness and made it. With sadness you applied the principle of fake it till you make it. But you don't want to apply the same principle for joy and love.
