Kamesam- Kamashakti manifesting as Kundalini, going beyond body and mind, expressing as Jnanashakti, and doing good to self and the world is Kamesam. 5. Kamaparam- understanding that the ultimate purpose is reaching Paramashiva, making Kama focus on Paramashiva, and manifesting as Paramashiva is Kamaparam. Understand properly, without destroying your life by getting beaten in the lower states, starting to function towards Higher states, uplif, and reach to celestial Kailasa.
